Before the first top-up
Is ApiClo a monthly subscription?
No. You top up the balance and pay for actual token usage. There is no mandatory monthly plan.
What is the minimum top-up?
The minimum top-up is $1.28. It is enough to test chat, Telegram, API keys, and Hermes.
API or Hermes: which one should I choose?
Use API for IDEs, backend clients, and your own tools. Use Hermes when you want an agent workspace with files, plugins, and task packages.
Is the balance shared?
Yes. One top-up covers both API requests and Hermes tasks. All charges appear in one token log with model, source, and cost per operation.
Can Hermes and API use the same models?
Yes, the model catalog is shared. In Hermes you pick the model in package settings, in API you pass it in the request. Token prices are the same.
Can I use Cursor, Cline, and Continue?
Yes. Use the ApiClo Base URL and your API key in any OpenAI-compatible tool.
Will a selected model be replaced automatically?
No. When you choose a concrete model, the request uses that model. Cost optimization belongs to Auto mode.
Is ApiClo an official Anthropic service?
No. ApiClo is an independent access layer for using supported models through chat, Telegram, and OpenAI-compatible API tools.
